THE AMERICAN KERRY BOG PONY SOCIETY REGISTRY   The foundation stock of the AKBPS Registry include the first herd imported from Ireland and the foals born of that herd at Thornapple Farms, Ohio in 2004- 2005. Two more ponies were imported from Ireland in December 2005.
